Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Administrator to join our team at Plus Fitness Head Office in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our database systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility. This role requires a strong understanding of database management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work with large datasets effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, validation, and cleansing tasks to maintain the integrity of our database systems.
• Expect in Microsoft excel
• Design and implement database structures and schemas to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Implement data security measures, including user access controls, encryption, and backups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, procedures, and standards.
• Provide user support and training on database usage and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience as a Data Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office & expert in excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
